Week 3 – My Journey to Rebuild My Health (March 15th-22nd)

This week brought on new challenges like long periods away from home and from the kitchen, early days before a breakfast time and late into the nights which helped me see my progress.

Week 2 – My Journey to Rebuild My Health (March 8-15th)

Adjusting to making like anf this diet simple, I have given myself 2 ribeyes for dinners, ground beef, and eggs, and just generally enjoyed far less overall hunger.
