I had loads of travel and activities this week which worked out well for me as I have had a far better ability to go long periods without hunger since about 2 weeks ago and this week with numerous 15-hour days pushed on that benefit!
As I get more and more adjusted I can see why people stay on this course forever, I am excited to see how this continues for me as the first 30 days have made for almost 13 pounds lost with little effort, and my energy levels keep growing!
