Week three brought on the chaos of normal life, work has been chaotic so I spent up to 3 hours just driving back and forth. Add to that preparation for a user launch on new software and process meant 12 hours days, so just about as insane as you can have away from home.
This is where I started to directly spot the benefits of changing my diet as I have had zero hunger. This would never happen with a carb-fueled diet as I would have needed numerous snacks and meal breaks.
I changed and grabbed some fat 18 oz ribeyes for the week and only ate the one steak with 2-3 tablespoons of butter which was perfect to carry me through to dinner the next day.
I am doing very well mentally and only have had a few bouts with carb wants, though already most of them hold no real power to me any longer, I can walk by things like doughnuts and other massive sweets without batting an eye.
